The intention is to create an open hearted space that can reveal to you your heart's desires. Sometimes with the help of the outside perspective the heart can also discover hard spots, achey parts, and blockages of all kinds.
This is meant to be fun and light hearted, but don't ever doubt the power of laughter to heal. Grief and joy are two sides of the same coin.
